Vivian has two sisters, Beldam, who is the scrawny one with the blue hat and acts as the leader of the group. Then there's the large one is Marilyn, who is the muscle of the group. There was a part in the game before the fight with Mario where Vivian shouts out that their group was called the "Shadow Beauties" where she was immediately picked on for saying it since they canonically know that he's their brother, not a sister. Belda. Will then continue to pick on and bully Vivian for no reason sometimes or for failing at something. Vivian loves her sisters still so she just follows orders most of the time until she joins Mario. By the end of the entire adventure her sisters then reconcile with her and accept her for who she is.
