She's a character I really want to use more; although she's a bit harder to work with since she's a much more conservative character, and thus isn't one to provoke conversation much. Plus most of her exsistence is currently taken up by being bitterly tired of her team... poor girl. The pic's done by my sis, Zayda, so don't go complimenting my drawing, compliment hers.

History: Each generation of the Taylors family have attended the PCA, and Medli has continued the tradition. Her family, however, can barely pay for her to go there and thus Medli works hard to make the most of her time there; studying and training hard. Unlike her teammates she doesn’t have much of a second chance due to her parents’ low budget; and thus has had to keep her nose to the granite to get her work done perfectly.

Medli has been bullied quite a bit over the years due to her weight and studious attitude, and thus has grown to be relatively tolerant of the jabs flung at her. However, this tolerance led her to be set up with Team Excalibur during her final year, whom have been getting themselves a bit of a reputation as the most conflicted teammates at the school, which in turn has led to Medli’s patience being sorely tested. She hopes to make it through the year without having to use her teammates for catharsis, but considering Eyrie and Valence’s tormenting of the girl this hope may not last long.

Personality: Medli is very calm and level-headed in comparison to Eyrie’s unpredictable emotions and Aero’s high-strung personality. She is quite kind and homely, and thus has taken up a slightly ‘motherly’ position in the team, especially towards Aero. While Medli generally dislikes fighting she is very strong due to her dedication to her training. Medli is very determined to work hard and be the best she can be, although all kinds of strange problems usually stop her on the way.

However, considering how loud and obnoxious her teammates can be she often ends up in a bad mood, and has a lot to say about being the ‘only sane man’ in her team. One can only stand the constant arguing between members for so long. As the primary victim of Eyrie and Valence’s pranks she has grown quite bitter; having little patience for meeting new people due to her embarrassment over her teammates.

Interests: Medli usually gets her work and training done quickly and efficiently, leaving plenty of time for her own interests. In particular she enjoys her family’s trade of tailoring, often practicing it while alone. She also plays violin in her spare time, which she has been learning since she was 9, as per her family’s expectations.

She’s currently studying medicine and is on her last year, hoping to continue to get a doctorate in university and move onto a career in the science; although whether this aim will hold over her university years is unknown; as Medli has recently been voicing some doubts over her confidence in her family’s specialty field.

Moves:
Freshman Moves:
Body Slam: While uninterested in fighting, Medli isn’t afraid to throw her weight around if push comes to shove.
Bide: Medli’s calm temperament cannot last forever, as proven by this move. After absorbing many hits, Medli may finally fight, often opening with a crushing blow.
Endure: Medli’s naturally strong body and tough training regimen have caused her to be very physically strong, shrugging off flurries of blows. When prepared she can stand up against almost any attack, regardless of it’s power. However, the blows do eventually take their toll…
Rollout: A typical Miltank move, Medli can roll easily due to her more… spherical shape. Unlike Aero she does not have to rely on flames or the like and simply uses her raw weight and speed to dealt the damage.

Sophomore Moves:
Milk Drink: Medli has never been seen actually using this move, much to the confusion of… well, everyone. However, many students have often wondered how she always appears with a glass of milk when she comes to patch up her allies.
Heal Bell: While Medli’s skill in medicine and physiotherapy is outstanding she can’t use them on the spot, and thus most rely on her mystical abilities in battle instead. With a small chime on her cowbell charm she somehow heals her allies bodies, and breaks them free of sleep, paralysis and poisons.
Rest: Like Alicia, Medli is a deep sleeper, despite her very hard-working nature. Her forced sleeps caused by this move heal her a lot quicker, but are often more difficult to wake up from.
Snore: Unlike Alicia, however, Medli is a lot louder during her forced sleeps. Her snoring, while usually just irritating, can often hit a volume which can daze weaker students. This doesn’t help her reputation as a team player much.

Junior Moves:
Thunder: Get Medli mad and you’ll regret it. While usually a very physical fighter, Medli has a bunch of powerful mystical attacks up her sleeve, but seldom uses them due to her pacifist nature. Once she’s been pushed to far though, she’ll make all hell rain down on her foes.
Earthquake: Next in her series of rage-inspired powers is the power to shatter the earth with a single punch, causing slabs of stone to be torn out of the earth’s crust. Or the battle arena’s concrete.
Ice Beam: Her final rage-fuelled attack is usually Ice Beam, a self-explanatory beam of freezing energy. It often leaves her enemies encapsulated in ice, or simply with a bad cold.
Gyro Ball: Linked with her Rollout attack is this odd move, in which Medli ends her rolling by firing off a spinning blast of energy. The blast has a lot of strength in it, sending her foes flying but in itself does little damage.

Senior Moves:
Defence Curl: Fitting with her calm and pacifistic personality, this move allows her to simply defend herself, and considering her strength, for a long time too. She simply curls up to defend her more vulnerable areas with this move.
Psych-Up: With this odd move Medli tries to copy the mindset of her opponent, inheriting any defensive or offensive styles they may have added to their routine.
Fling: More of the type of move that Alicia would have, with this desperate move Medli flings anything on hand at her opponent in a last ditch effort. Considering her strength, this can include furniture, or sometime other people. Aero has been the subject of this one too many times for his liking.
Present: Another odd move in which Medli tosses her opponent (or ally) a neatly-wrapped present. The present usually contains a healing fruit or item of some kind, but can sometimes be booby-trapped for the less honourable of her opponents. She learnt the high-speed wrapping and box creation from her time in her father’s postal business.

Appearance: Medli, being a Miltank, is rather… heavy. She’s quite large around the waist particularly, though she doesn’t seem ashamed of being fat. In fact, her appearance rather suits her homely personality; but she isn’t necessarily proud of her weight either. Like most Miltanks she is also quite… well-endowed, a fact which she is fairly sick of due to the unwanted attention it brings; instead hoping for someone who will be interested in her for reasons beyond her chest. She is quick to snap at anyone who stares too much; which can often be a problem with her more absent-minded classmates; whether they be doing so deliberately or not. She doesn’t always complain though; since it’s about all the flattery she gets from her average classmates.

She usually wears a sweater or the like, but on hotter days wears a long-sleeved shirt; although both are usually complemented by a pair of black trousers which she seems to wear consistently. In all temperatures though her clothing shows her preference in not trying to bring attention to herself and thus she is usually found wearing fairly simplistic styles of clothing.

Team and Relationships: Medli is part of Team Excaliur, with Eyrie, Aero and Alicia. She’s taken the role of ‘team mum’, often patching up the others (usually Aero, of course) after fights, along with giving help with schoolwork, and just being overall nice. She’s especially close to Aero, since he’s never had a mother of his own. She also often hangs around Zeke, feeling pity for the boy and thus trying to give him a bit of love; since his teammates tend to be a bit harsh on him. Aero has bit of a grudge towards Medli for this though; although he’d never confront her about it directly.
