Blu or Storm sans is from and AU called Meterologytale which all characters are god base on weather, atmosphere, and phenomena.

Blu has thunder power abilities which could also summon thunder clouds. His wings are made of clouds which could also change when summoning a thunderstorm.

Blu moved to a city to try something new. He met Coral who tried to help Blu start a business, but failed. Demarah came by and helped them what they were missing. (Will add more later)
