20 years in New York city and I'm ashamed to admit that I don't know a lick of spanish, save a few cuss words. So when the words slipped from her lips, all I could do was stare.
Don't it mean 'I love you'?
Again, anatomy is for wusses.
So I'm going to try and compile a bunch of pictures for a music video, that's why I'm not really coloring them. I don't want the video to be like b+w, b+w, b+w, SUDDENLY FULL COLORS WAT. Would look weird unless on a particularly important pic. So, sorry about that. At least I did decent lines on this one. Kind of fell in love with this as a sketch.
I plan on going back and re-lining "Get Off". I like that drawing too much to do it so little justice.
That and Rihanna's "Te Amo" has given me a huge kick in the ass for these two. Even though that song is technically about not loving someone, I still like the uncertainty in it. Plus, Spanish followed by "...wat?"... tis so these two.
I'd write more but I just got my blood drawn and my arm is like FUCK THIS SHIT

Haha I bet. x3 I only visit New York city, since I don't actually live there, but even out here in the suburbs there's a higher latin american population than any other ethnic race.
So Paige is awfully weird, living in the city and not knowing any Spanish. x3 But I chalk it up to the fact that she's not terribly social, dropped out of high school, and is just not terribly keen on learning new things. I'm sure Audrey, who is from... somewhere... Chile I think (I'll have to ask Kaylink, since Audrey is her character x3), can teach her a thing or two over time.
