New Year, New Dragon (Not really)
It's Shenbei! My Himbo of a Dragon (And one of the Dragon Siblings). If you are new to him, he goes by Shen for short. This is a reimagining of his design that I made back in 2020 which was finally giving him a name and a solid design from back when I first drew him in 2018 when I was experimenting with drawing Anthro Characters.
