He's finally here, my pokesona!
An Audino with a traumatic past who lost his continence in an electric-type attack, he's somewhat meek and overly-apologetic, and has a tendency to be pessimistic. Really sweet if you get to know him. Likes hugs.

Personality: Shy, has a low self esteem. Despite being level 80 he has an extreme phobia of battling due to past trauma, and being prone to injuring himself. He can heal the injuries to a degree with his heal pulse, but anything extreme has to be handled by the pokemon centers. Warms up considerably if you talk to him, but is otherwise kind of a shrinking violet. Hard to anger, but once he gets angered he acts much more assertive, and his stutter completely dissapears, gaining a rather unnerving set of mannerisms. He's not heartless, since if you manage to calm him down he'll apologize profusely due to guilt.
Voice: Soft, slightly feminine sounding male voice, but still distinctly male. Speaks with a stutter that gets worse the more he's pressured. I don't have a character to compare his voice to, but whatever voice you'd imagine Grim Matchstick from Cuphead having, he sounds kinda like that.
Favorite dinner: Cheri berry soup / spelon berry poffins
Fetishy Part: (Diaperfur + a bit Babyfur) Fully incontinent due to an electric type attack, and is diapered 24/7 as a result. Originally saw diapers as comforting, and still does, but grew an affinity for them. Sometimes intentionally doesn't change because he likes the feeling, and can use pecha berries to prevent rashes. Also enjoys being taken care of by other pokemon or his trainer Shaina, but in less of a kinky way. Does get huffy sometimes, but doesn't have any other pokemon he trusts enough to... be with for it.
Notes: William lives in the normal pokemon world, with non-anthropomorphized pokemon and regular humans. He lives with the Nurse (Shaina) Joy of Delbrooke City, which is located somewhere in the grassy region of Unova. Sometimes he gets sent to other pokemon centers around Unova to stay with Shaina's cousins, meaning he isn't confined to just one town.
He is blindfolded and has hidden eyes, as you can see, so he DOES represent me! Specifically for the regular pokemon world as well as the Mystery Dungeon world (although I don't know where he'd fit in exactly, I could see him there).
Unlike Billy, he's blindfolded for a reason. His eyes are pretty gross looking due to poison type attacks, and they never quite healed properly, so he wears bandages over them to make other pokemon less scared of him. He can still see through them. Sometimes the wounds bleed, but this usually just makes other pokemon see it as a nosebleed and assume he's in love with them.
He got his injuries the following ways:
-Eye infection: Whirlipede poison jabs
-Incontinence: Electross electrocution
-X shaped back scar: Unknown trainer's Garbodor attack
-Ear notch: A Zoroark's attempt to eat him.
One of his paws is usually banadaged for one reason or another. It can be either one depending on what looks better.
I don't have an explanation for his different fur color. He just looks like that.
