So this has taken me FOREVAR to post here. I tried to get a hold of the artist so I could post it with permission and it turns out she granted it a hellah-long time ago and I was just too addle-brained to check.
Anyway, I got this commissioned for me at Convention by the lovely and talented
(seriously go check out her stuff, she's a great artist).
She totally went above and beyond the call of duty on this one. It didn't come out as well in the scan but she actually used glitter pens for the effects on the light-saber and for the purple in his eyes. Normally Sam doesn't have hair but this looked SO good I didn't WANT it to be 'corrected' (sometimes it's 'mistakes' like these that make art extra special).
This is probably my favorite Jedi-Commission of Sam to date (though I dearly love all my Jedi badges/commissions). I love the way the robes came out too, very Obi-Wan esque from the original trillogy (episodes 4-6) I'm much more a fan of old-style Jedi than the Jedi from the prequel films as far as garb is concerned.
I'll let you decide for yourself what this plucky young Jedi Dog has under his robes (since the question has come up several times). If pressed about it he'll probably just wave his hand like that, and if you are weak minded you might suddenly find yourself curious about something else entirely.
