Back in 2018,
kijani_lion and 
kitwanalion were selected by Anthro Northwest to be the convention’s Guests of Honor the following year. One of Kitwana’s first acts was to designate myself as his official documenter. Having not previously attended ANW, what could serve as a more mythic opportunity than to witness my friend’s moment in the sun? Although some of these photographs have been exhibited by Kitwana, all are being presented here fully edited for the first time. Special thanks to Kitwana and Kijani for including me in their crew, all of the other furs who posed for pictures, and everyone on staff for running a wonderful convention.
