I suppose I have one last piece to share before the year rolls over in my time zone (ironically one I did toward the beginning of this year) - my buddy Sean of Neo Monster Island fame commissioned me to do a cover for his upcoming retelling of The Great Gatsby. Since the book has fallen into public domain, he's currently making a kaijufied rendition of it.

I was mostly tasked with parodying the cover we're all familiar with, having the eyes of a dead(?) kaiju blankly staring and looming above. I owe it to the medium, but I feel I captured that look and feel of an old science fiction magazine cover, lol.
