LORE:
back in the 80s when mother was a party animal at some party most likely in a ski lodge she hooked up with a dragon where after which scarlet was born in the Year 1988 , this would make her way older then Izzy but her Dragon DNA that stops aging makes them look similar age wise

Izzy later is born in 97 (my birth year) with a pokemon father making her a full Latias. after her mother grew out her party girl phase and became not full elegant but more motherly so Izzy is more just a latias unlike her older dragon sister. Scarlet is the reason Izzy is submissive as when they were kids she constantly used her older sibling strength... let alone her dragon strength to show her younger sister whose in charge by resting her feet on Izzy and making sure she knew what dragon soles would taste like

Izzy: She likes to remind her younger sister whose in charge to this day. mostly using her as a foot rest as she games and to clean her feet after a long hot day but other wise they care for each other... as long as Izzy never challenges her >:3

Alani: a weak goddess that whose better freshly squeeze like the fruit she is the goddess of, not hatred but more of the fact shes a bored sadistic dragon

Star: occasionlly sees her at the club and has drinks with the demoness... she refuses to stay near that OP demoness for long as she knows what happens when they get bored
