just a rushed oc idea for a post-apocalyptic pokemon au. this is his rough concept for a giant henchman that worked with an assassin poke trainer. this one is an ex-criminal that injected himself with an alola raticate's gene from one of the heists that involved kidnapping rare pokemons from the riches. his name is howard, however, he prefered to call himself as noire, his last name. howard was a street criminal that worked with his partner-in-crime (i haven't draw him yet) under his father/trainer, who is an infamous poke trainer from black city. in one of his heists, his partner abandoned him, so he has no choice but to turn himself into a pokemon to defeat the enforcement. although arrested, he managed to escape and is currently working with an assassin trainer to restore peace in kanto.

noire was in his late 60s when he was arrested. he is currently under the custody of theft, kidnapping, vandalism, and potential assault. he is about 6', however, the raticate gene made him almost 6' 7'', making him a big, musclebound (and overweight) fearsome foe. despite his terrifying appearance, noire is generally friendly and a great father figure to the group of the assassin trainer team.
