So, once again, I asked my watchers what character they would like to see me draw up this month for a tickle picture, and one of suggestions was Antoine from Sonic SatAM/Archie comics!
If I'm being honest, Antoine was probably one of the last characters I *ever* wanted to see in a tickle picture. I thought he was annoying in the cartoon (purposefully so) and was the same for most of the comics until later in the comic's run. He did get much better, but something about his design just never inspired tickly thoughts in me.

I had never gotten far enough in the comic to hit this storyline, but there was a story based off of the Tails Adventure game for the Sega Game Gear, and, for whatever reason, Antoine got involved in it and was given vacation wear for the issue. And that vacation wear included a huge pair of sandals showing off equally huge feet. Twan's feet had always been so dainty in earlier issues, but somehow over the years he'd been given massive stompers, and this comic shows these sandals off a huge number of times. Once I saw that panel, I deeply hoped that someone had taken advantage of that outfit and, once I saw the suggestion to tickle him in my journal, I decided that someone was gonna be me :P
So, yeah, that's a long way of me explaining why I chose this fella to draw and gave the picture a little extra attention in an attempt to mimic the coloring and shading of that issue.
This is also my last posted picture of 2023, so I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my watchers and everybody who's been supporting me! Thank you for the suggestions, kind words, and everything else. I hope you all have a wonderful 2024 and beyond!

Wow this looks great. I'll be real, I've never been a big fan of Antoine either as he's a bit too cowardly. But Archie did him justice by fleshing him out some more. Heck, you did him justice too by putting him an adorable situation with those big paws of his.
