I'm going to guess it's probably something to the effect of "Hey, how ya doin'?"

Now I'm also going to go out on a limb and assume that the response will be incoherent babble in attempts to say something along the lines of “WTF!?" Goes with the whole "we're the only sentient species on Earth, and it's been that way for thousands if not millions of... wait what's that and why is it talking to me?"

I always look forward to the latest update of dissonance. It's such a great comic!
