For my 3-d class I'm supposed to do something for my final project. I got permission to sculpt a dragon out of oven-baked clay. This is so far made out of a pound of clay (I ran out..and I'm not home to get the other pound)..
So far, it's coming out rather well. I plan on making big wings and the rest of the tail out of feathers. I also plan on painting. The whiskers will be made out of string too.

Thanks! And probably! I just have to make sure this clay and the paint I use isn't dangerous to the snakes. I'd immediately put it into my hatchlings cage as long as I don't have to worry about it being ruined. So far, I'm having fun making it. The wings and tail will be made out of feathers, the whiskers out of string, and whatever else I decide. The body of it will be carved so it looks like its got wavey fur. =D
