North Wneeri is the home state of the CELESTE company where they develop machines and magic alongside the witches of Witchborough to alter and reshape the Leylines in hopes of controlling the willful threads. North Wneeri is also the location of the only University in Wneeri. It is a College of Law where citizens can train under the guidance of Druids and other solicitors train students to be Judges, Solicitors, Mediators, and Corporate Administrators. Because of CELESTE's BTR device there are said to be no known, dangerous, Mythic that occupy North Wneeri aside from Witches.
