This is a dragon species called White-headed Ono.

There are Onos and Aias, Onos are feathered dragons with 3 pairs of limbs and Aias are furred dragons with 4 pairs of limbs. Onos and Aias can have any size, diet, and shape, and most are domesticated for company, food, or work. They exist on Phalenops, the planet with my other species, the Koeroli live. Koerolis don't eat meat but many species they use as pets are carnivorous so they raise animals to feed their pets.
