Disclaimer: Wolver is much less a character and more of an avatar of myself. As such he is bound by no official canon outside the cartoon animal version of my real life (even then only as much as I will it for that instance). I can't possibly jump through all the hoops of explaining how a cartoon wolverine gives himself hormone injections, but he does legally. Whatever realm he is "really" from is just not one capable of realism. The "cartoon" in front of his species is me admitting and defending this. Also he is ice cream color and smells like victoria secret's bare vanilla and star smoked amber (yeah really). His continued existence has more to do with absurdity rather than logic and statistical facts, I'm afraid.
