Bottom left looks the best to me. I think the fewer different colored highlights or shading look cleaner than the top two. Also the light bloom or spots on the glasses just look a little nicer on that one. The bottom right looks like he is in a spot light with a bit too much yellow in the whites of his eyes.

The top two don't look bad, but just a bit to messy or rushed.
