I drew this off of a randomized prompt. I have no clue anything about him or who he is. Just kind of a random character. His name is Varro because I kinda liked that name!

I kind of imagine him drawing his magic into existence. So like he draws a circle with a star to create a light orb. Could be cool but I'll probably never elaborate on him.
