Oh dear, it seems like the Silver Tiggy's frilly skirt was being blown up by... a "strong, gust of wind", and perhaps treating everyone to a bit of a classic "Marilyn Monroe" style upskirt moment... not that the Tiggy seems to mind too much...
(It happened inside the headless lounge when the Tiggy wants to cool down after the dance, saw a blower fan in the corner, walked right over it and... well, the photo shows what happened next. Actually, it was rather refreshing and no one in the room minded one single bit...)
