"Even when Froggy and Kiwi were in elementary school, their parents decided to celebrate the New Year with two families.
Whether it was because of the strong friendship of the children or whether the parent committees are so united, there will be triumph!
It was decided to hold it in the apartment of Kiwi's grandmother - Marzipan.
Spacious Stalin, old renovation, antiques, creaky parquet and all the smells that are inherent in such dwellings.
We took out old toys from the mezzanine, Froggy’s father brought a spruce tree, Marzipan knitted on the sofa and watched old films.
And the children, having eaten borscht after school, began to decorate the living room.
Everything was used, school crafts, paper stars, tinsel, toys... gingerbread decorations, alas, did not live up to the celebration.
Then Froggy noticed how Kiwi inadvertently hid a gift with his name under the spruce tree.
Curiosity overcame the little rat so much that he persuaded his friend to open the gift earlier.
A hat!
Frog hat!
With his favorite animals!
Favorite color!
It was the happiest, brightest moment in Froggy’s life. She knitted this hat herself, following her grandmother’s lessons.
I pricked my fingers, made mistakes and let it go several times. But how happy he was. It was worth every effort
If only she knew that in the future she would knit him more than one similar hat to replace the old ones.
If only she knew that he would wear it every day.
If she only knew that with this gift she would give him faith in miracles for life....she would definitely do it again."
