I guess I'm not a real fan, since I've never even played the tabletop version. My Warhammer experience is split between two games: Mechanicus and Boltgun

nothing wrong with that, pen and paper need a lot of time and social energy to play.

but I like battletech more because the lore is very grounded of the topic of war.
