I don't think I'd ever seen one, even as a joke--you'd probably need to start with a Harry Potter figure and kitbash it a little.
And I've seen old metal D&D figures like baby dragons sucking their tails, My Little Pony demon horses, and a pegasus with bombs under its wings, so "humorous" figures are out there... ;)
I once got a pair of glasses onto a kitbashed 25 mm figure--cut two little slivers off a bit of round sprue and glued them in place on the painted face, then dabbed a bit of silver paint on them. But that was back when my eyes were sharper and my hands were steadier!

Kitbash is an excellent idea, but there are a couple of problems for me.
First and foremost, our country has practically no modeling market. Or rather it is developed, but ONLY in the military theme. That is, in fact, we can get either military equipment or soldiers, or warhammer (which we often cost much more expensive than abroad). I want to someday order from amazon with "delivery service to our country", but it will cost me can be considered that *2 to the price.
And the second that kitbash from printed models...not that it is not possible, but they are very fragile, and the same glasses and similar parts from such a scale will simply break.
