I've always wanted to make a centaur type creature and I had this design running around in my head for a while so I decided to draw it!....but I drew it as a chibi XD I can't draw horses very well so I decided to draw it chibi style so I wouldn't have very many problems. Anyway, I'm naming him Arpiar and he's going to be Cookie's ARCH NEMESIS!!!! lol Yeah. I don't have too much on him yet other than he enjoys stealing Limber. But I'll come up with something. :P And I just kind of blahed it together so....yeah.
