It’s that time of the year again when we all get together, decorate the tree, open the gifts, and feast on the smorgasbord of food.
"See, Haku? I told you it was a good idea to have them over tonight." Kai would cheerfully say, without response, but Haku's smile was more than enough to know he was happy with the situation. Then Kai would explode in excitement.
"Varrick! Help out, will ya? Stop being sexy and wrapping yourself and go plug in the lights or something, I wanna see the shine shine!" Jester would huff before placing the star on top of the tree.
“What do you mean I am helping? I’m doing a wonderful job wrapping aren’t I? How do I look?” Varrick would say putting on the finishing touch by adding a bow to his tail and lying on the ground to present himself.
The wickerbeast would stare and begin to blush, losing concentration and slipping off the ladder before the dragon caught the furry lad.
“Careful there buddy, we can’t have you hurting yourself on this wonderful day.” Warez would say before brushing off his friend.
“And you look great by the way Varrick, very festive!”
The shark would wag his tail happily as he goes off showing his brand new holiday-themed drip.
“PLUG IN THE LIGHTS!!! I wanna see this baby shine!” Kai would say enthusiastically with his eyes wide open and his tail waving side to side rapidly.
Haku would do the honors and plug them in making the room light up as the tree shined brightly. The group would smile at both their accomplishment and the sight of all the colors glistening and intertwining with one another.
“Great job guys, we did that in record time.” Varrick would say puffing out his chest.
“W—WHAT?! We!? When did you—“ Jester would begin to say before Warez put an arm around his shoulder and pulled him in for a hug. Warez with his other arm would pull in Varrick as well straddling the two together. Quickly Kai and Haku jumped in and took part in the group hug as well before Warez said,
