Actually it's a Jerma reference. It started when he encountered a large spider boss in a game and said "The Giant Enemy Spider" and started beatboxing a Pokémon-style battle theme. In a later stream, hem saw a small spider as a background animal and referenced his Giant Enemy Spider meme by saying "Holy shit! It's a small enemy spider!" and started beatboxing that same tune.
