Two t-shirt designs I've been planning to premiere for awhile. They're really pretty. . . simple. . . as most of my t-shirt designs tend to be. Also furry, and non-furry friendly, also something I try to strive for with my t-shirts. I honestly have no idea what the interest in these would be. I know some folks prefer the more complex t-shirts, but it's a mystery to me that something this simple hasn't been done for furries before.
As with my previous designs, I'd need to get about 20 orders on these before I consider even making 'em, so let me know what y'all think. I could complicate the design a bit more, make it more flashy, but honestly. . . it's unnecessary.
They'd likely be printed on black, the design in front, over the chest, probably nice and big. Probably in the neighborhood of $20. I don't like charging any more than that for shirts.
Anyway. . . there they are.

It's hard to translate into human ranking, as humans usually have no social pack-like structures. Despite, human group behaviour is not too far off, so one might still compare it. I will try to do so, taking myself as example of what i think as beta behaviour:
Usually, if doing something in a group, there is one or two persons leading the group. They may be elected, but usually, someone just "takes" lead.
I can lead groups. When trying to decide what to do this evening, i can usually decide quite well for the rest of us. Of course we gather opinions and ask everybody, but you know how it is, in the end often one person really decides if there are no agreed-upon suggestions. Also, when working together with noone leading the group, i usually distribute the work (you do this, you go help him, you help me doing that). It's very seldom andbody objects to me doing that.
Also, i'm physically quite fit, training several times a week, also doing martial arts and sword fencing and stuff. So usually, i'm also one of the physically stronger persons in a group. From all that, you might consider me an "alpha" personality.
But i do not WANT to lead, and i don't want to be responsible for other people. I like when someone else takes the lead and structures work for me, but only from someone who i regard more able or "suited" for it. If i come to the conclusion that the person leading the group is incompetent, i try to take over the lead. But, if i have the feeling the leader is competent and well-suited, i support him to the best of my ability. Like... hm.. a sub-leader.
So, in short, i might say i regard people "beta" if they could, but don't want to be alphas. Hope it makes sense ^^

I think this is a pretty neat idea. A lot of the furry community would enjoy it, as is evidenced by the above comments. :3
I'd love to offer some design-related critique. It's nothing related to the fundamental core of the design, but something that would improve readability from a distance.
I would suggest that you make the "Alpha" and "Omega" text solid white rather than with a white stroke. That's only because I feel like strokes tend to create this weird sort of visual disjunction from afar. If you went with solid white, it would even FURTHER simplify your t-shirt design, which is something you're going for, after all. =)
Have you considered vectorizing those logos with a program like Illustrator? It would smooth things out a lot, and while they of course aren't suffering right now, contribute overall to the professionalism and cleanliness, and thus a better product. I don't know the extent of your design abilities so I really hope I'm not insulting your skills! I just don't know. :3
ANYWAY! I'm just a design nerd and wanted to offer some insight! If you feel I am a crazy person, please ignore this kooky ole' bat.

Brilliant idea, sometimes the old cliche really is applicable "Less is more" I like the simplistic style, and would probably be interested in an Alpha or a Beta shirt. The beauty of this is that I can even make this a gift for a few non-furry friends who are ALWAYS competing over who's the alpha in the relationship ( should make them both Omega hehehe)
Also I think it would be fantastic to see an actual group wearing their ranks. :) Kudos
