Canonically, I've mentioned three times in-comic that he has a helicopter that he flies.

Well, Fred was treated as a commodity by his parents, trained to be able to run a country while being outwardly subservient to the crowned ruler--"the perfect butler" if you will--but inside he has a heart, it's just been locked up and buried to keep it from interfering with his assigned career path.
