Work has been hard and I'm not going to lie. It's been almost 2 years into this job and can't believe 2 years went by so fast!
I really want to get back to drawing... I really do I missed drawing. I'm very mentally exhausted every single day. Dealing with thousands of people in one day at once it can drive anyone crazy. If you haven't lived in New York long enough to witness things. My god the things are unbelievable... If you think these stories are made up then you are completely wrong. You can't believe how insane people can get. This is just more about driving a bus, you are not just driving a bus, you are MOVING a city! I'm bringing this part of the city to the other part of the city and it is endless. If that's not enough think of it this way, we are literality the police, firefighters, EMS, and military all at the same time. Why? We deal with crime, fires, health issues on the bus we become that problem we call for help while we have to deal with that situation as well. Military, is because this, we report for duty and we are in the front lines everyday dealing with people and not knowing what's going to happen to us when we step foot out there. We are also basically the city's life support. If we don't run, the city will end up hurting itself. That's how powerful our system is. Also it is the most frustrating job ever and no one can thank us enough for doing our part of being here and do what we can do. This job is so time consuming, it eats up your day like it was nothing. I get up 4 in the morning to go to work, and by the end of the day, it's already 7 at night and start all over again. I have two days off but due to family situations, I must do more driving during my time off. I'm always constantly on the road I never stop driving and it is very exhausting. I hardly ever have time to myself anymore and I hardly even sleep. This job sure can changed people's ways. It sure did changed me. The good side, it did turned my life around, made new best friends at work and I don't feel too lonely anymore like how I used to be. I do feel more welcome at work among my coworkers and they all respect me for who I am. It's like having another amazing family.
Just keep in mind that I'm still around and I will still post some things from time to time. It's just a lot slower. I wanted to say to everyone here is thank you for still following me for all these years. Wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
