Deformed by a genetic disease, huh? Well good thing we haven't seen what's underneath that suit of his. Sceptre actually reminds me of Thanos due to how the game describes him. Having first found Sceptre in Catch The Orb as the second boss, I first thought that his bike kinda looked like a floating head for some reason. When I finally got a closer look at him in 2013, I actually saw that his bike was actually pretty cool. His bike fits with his strong personality since it forces him to stand up all the time, which would become tiring or annoying for most people eventually. As for those who aren't scared by his physical strength, I can imagine him taking his suit off to terrify them into submission due to the horror of seeing his mutated face. Plus, he's most definitely found some fates worse than death in store for his victims too. Going back onto how I described him as Thanos, I imagine some of the stuff he's done is due to him seeing it as the right thing to do. My headcanon is that Sceptre is actually very aware of the environment and some of his actions are because of his obsession with nature. It makes sense. His bike and his suit are green and brown, both very organic colours associated with nature. Sceptre is basically the eco-terrorist environmentalist climate change leftist of the Forsaken Jetbikers. And he'll punch anyone who disagrees with his ways. In Forsaken 64 his speed would be almost as slow as Trucker's, mostly because they're both the highest health bikers in the inferior Forsaken games.

Fun fact, I actually used a 3d model that I made in 3ds Max back a few years ago as a guide to help me draw Sceptre. Even though I have Blender nowadays and 3ds Max is long gone, I still have all the models from that era when I used 3ds Max. This one included. The idea was to make a bunch of CGI animations similar to Forsaken inferior's (Remastered, PS1 and PC) intro that absolutely blew me away when I saw it in 2013. Perhaps 2024 will have some space for me to do so.
