I'm not... no ! I'm not inventing things ! It's like in this child storybook... The cristal ghost, it exists !!"

In Yskallia, there was an old tale. One of the great "Crystal Ghost", a being of pure light and magic, concentrating the beauty and strenght of its kingdom. A force of nature that is able to sense the intent of people, and either reward and help the good souls, or punish the bad ones using its impressive powers. Or so says the tale, not much is known, be it its species, form, magic... only a creature of light around which multiple cristals were mysteriously floating. There's not even that many records of real "victims" of the ghost, only stories and legends.
Strangely enough, people started to talk about this creature again lastly... stating they have seen it, roaming around the castle, unlashing its powers in various places as a sort of... warning perhaps ? No victims so far, though a few destructions, and the same description of a blindening creature that covers places in ice and spikes all over.
Some already talk about a warning of the spirit against the Yskallia's royalty, that has grown more and more distant to its denizens, and especially the more reclused ones, the non-dragons. Maybe a manifestation of their will in some form ? Or maybe just a menace from someone very real... or a strange, powerful individual that just decided to exercise their powers alone...

Coincidentally, each of these places are ones where the princess Talia enjoys going. And even stranger... these "events" only started after she woke up from her coma.

Pheww... this one also, is an art i waited for a while before posting it now ^^'
Talia is... well, she's not just a frustrated and disabled princess, let's say. xD The more i think of her, the more i feel like she has many things to hold onto.
I have talked very little about what happened to her that left her without a leg... well, it really has been a core thing in her life, in many ways. And it gave her more than just a cool looking ice leg. (Pun non intended, maybe ? Half, half intended x) )
A sets of power she doesn't quite understand, ones that are pretty dangerous and gets a hold on her in specific situations of distress or in specific places. And i think this art really shows it nicely ^^
