Aww i see now what you wanted to do with them uwu they look a bit small compare to the sit :0 it's luminis did something >w> xD ? Or just they have naturaly that size ? :0 (or the conception of sizing is truly different in onírica ? :3 ) sorry so mush question but still look adorable uwu
hehe precisely and indeed uwu this is completely intentional :3
you see, in my world of Onírica, there are races that are huge (like the dragons or even the sweet daemons) or that have more than 2 legs xD so instead of having a lot of chairs of different sizes, the trains just have large cushy seats where anyone can sit or even lay on them if there is enough space :3
so yeah, Luminis didn't do anything.... yet xD he only shrinked his pet, the cute llama dragon on his shoulder :p

and a whole race of scorpions that is non-bipedal soooooo better a large cushion for them to rest on than some awakward chair xD
and the cleaning services are in charge of Argenta, an AI that totally doesn't rule the world and provides a bunch of services for free to all the citizens: free food, health, energy, transportation, housing, telecomunications, cleaning (via service robots) and a few others :p
