A positive side with Arceus transformations is than you might acquire his godlike power.
But with that half transformation and the fact it was cursed by arceus itself... yeah maybe our victim there ONLY look like arceus.
Althought, given the eldritch speak, maybe she had a lil bit of divine power... but just enought to accidentaly cause more problems than being helpful.
