It's very hard to argue with a sunset. I was just thinking this aft while scouting that sculpture garden (to see the water level and access) that most pics you see seem to be taken in the afternoon, the worst time for light but the best time for people. Getting up at sunrise may not be fun, but it gets you great shots.
