I would not really accept you or anyone just to steal commissioned work :\ Icee has paid real money for this, and I think he/she doesn't like that someone takes a picture of her character that she have paid for, if you get my drift :) I'm also pretty sure that he/she loves his/her character too much to let anyone take it from her.

The requirements for icons are 100 x 100 pixels wide, and it must be one of these formats .png, .gif or .jpeg :) if you still cannot upload an icon, you probably have to save the file as .jpeg and reduce the quality until it fits the requirements (which I can't remember).
Normal uploads can take anything except for special formats/files, as .mp4 or videos. I've seen a tutorial where you can make a flash-file into a YouTube video, but I'm not sure.
