This is a beautiful portrait that made at the beginning of the story "Sunset in Amistad" featuring the Renzar females of the family, Sorah, Regthar's wife, and her sister-in-law Natany, (Regthar's sister).

At that time, it was the first time that the Renzar of the Chakat Universe appeared within a story. At least the first time they appeared with details, since had written a story much earlier where a character Renzar appears, but as a secondary character without delving much into him. With Seth and Mark we speculated a lot about what male and female Renzars could physically be like, since in Chakat Den there were, until that moment, no further details about them. This drawing was made for chapter 5 of the story, and it shows both Renzar females sitting in the sports arena among the audience, waiting to see Regthar fight in the Khudok. It was in this place and under these circumstances that Esteban met them.

Sorah's design, with a striped pattern on the skin, was born from Seth's imagination. While I suggested Natany and Regthar's design. The Renzar are, for me, one of the most interesting and adorable creatures in the Chakat universe, (along with the skunktaurs) heh.
