[ Meet the OC ] Because Missile's species is considered a pet in Estrelendas, they cannot do many things citizens would normally do. So for this reason, they use their magic to transform into their "citizen form", an anthro fangiray capable of speaking in Estrelendian speech.



In their citizen form, Missile is still pretty silent and talk in whispers, mostly gesturing to communicate. They are a massive gremlin, and loves trolling others, being by pretending to help or in games. Because they have hands in this form, they do witchcraft way better.
