Another, well, not quite supervillain, but very much a thorn in the side of our superhero Megan aka Medley.
The Judge is probably an alien, seems to know something of the V-Force, and takes great exception to Megan wielding it and having a (growing) criminal record.
He can apparently weigh morality, and wield pretty scary gravity powers to crush his opposition.

Wonder if he's trully Lawful Neutral, or wannabe lawful with a dose of psycho/patronizism
Since it seem we're going with the whole spectrum having 1 villain, 1 neutral and 1 neutral/antagonist, do you plan to make one character that would be more of an occasionnal ally?
