My new cat Rey has adapted nicely to life here at her new home in Pasadena. Shortly after discovering how to open the door to my room, she can often be found snoozing on my bed, snug and warm atop the blankets. As I was packing up my holiday gifts to send to friends and family, I couldn't resist taking a quick snap of Rey "Helping" me by sitting on the box containing packages of "Kraken Jack" (The snack that fights you back.) and keeping things in line.
