A very fun design that I really enjoyed working on !! They were actually concepted as a Zapdos x Luxray fusion.. But as I finished up colors, I realized it didn't quite have a Zapdos vibe, so I decided to keep that idea in the back pocket and went ahead with adjusting this design into a Lightning themed Luxray!
