New xweetok character, hooray~
Based on one of my newest xweetoks on Neopets, Soobini http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=Soobini was actually a gift from my longtime friend and Neopets buddy. She ended up being quite the dark character, at least with the whole freezing people thing... I may add more to her later, but I'm kind of tempted of making her related to my striped xwee, Emile.
