Looking good! 88lbs, that's amazing! Hopefully things went all smoothly. Now the maintenance cycle remains!

I have a goal of 75lbs lost by October...3 times a week with a personal trainer at the gym as well as an extreme change in my diet will hopefully get me there. Sadly, I'm at a bit of a standstill the last couple weeks and its really frustrating me...It does help to see that other people are succeeding at their goals though. Helps me know I'm not the only one working toward bettering myself and my health. Keep up the great work! :D

Damn.... It doesn't tend to be healthy to ever lose so much weight so quickly...but if you're doing okay, all I can say is congrats. ^^

I would recommend having a doctor make sure you're fine, though. It's possible nothing bad happened, but it's always better to be sure.
