Man dated several girls with one of them being Kim and the other a teenage girl who's just shy away from eighteen.

I strongly recommend you guys read the books first only if you take interest in this niche character to get the best context of what's happening aside from the movie and game. It's like reading a manga first that comes out before it's butchered anime version.
