After more-or-less finalizing Whazzat and figuring out the style I wanted for the hypothetical cartoon-rebooted Zoobles, I moved on to Lookout Bear.

I was originally gonna stick with his original orangey-brown fur and bright-yellow vest. But then I began thinking, "Y'know? If the kangaroo girl can be bubblegum pink and the lady cockatoo can be green, then who says the guys have to stick to naturalistic colors?" So, I decided to make them each a different rainbow color. Now, Van Go was already yellow, so I could've made Lookout orange, but I decided that would still be a bit generic, and thought that a sunnier honey-yellow fit Lookout's character. But then that made the bright yellow vest look off to me, so I effectively switched the colors with his fur and made it orange instead. Also replaced the animal print on the pockets with some simplified camo-print.

His look might still read too "generic cartoon bear" and might need another revamp but I dunno, I still find it appealing-looking in the meantime.
