Paradiso is the afterlife of Cosmic Creatures like Leo, it's a transcendental area that exists above all concepts in fiction (like dimensions) and stores all it's information, to be brunt, Cosmic Creatures basically control everything in fiction, no matter how hard one may resist or prove immune to it.

Only Cosmic Creatures may enter Paradiso, anyone that isn't one gets permanently erased on all levels no matter what, this is also the reason why Leo cannot share the Swirl of Paradiso with anyone or have it stolen from him.

With the Swirl of Paradiso, Leo can tap into any power conceivable, know anything about fiction, go to other fictional universes, and exist beyond all of fiction, making him impossible to destroy.

Say someone wanted to turn Leo into a doll or attack his mind directly, oopsie!
