This resonated with me when I came across it over 10 years ago. What I now understand as mild PTSD episodes, re-living the same negative scenarios involuntarily triggered by either a story someone else was sharing of their own kids going through similar things or witnessing a event online or news. Even though you know that you're not a lone. Reminders are welcomed. Finally I reached a point I can make time to practice some coloring and so I used this as a start.
