She's an Explorer, a sort of astronaut that's sent to other worlds to make contact with their people, trade stories, and look for those who gifted the Halavahdon their ultratech. (The belt generates an antigravity field, so she can be out of the water and not immediately implode in a 1xg environment). She's an anti-kaiju; she considers "Tinies" to be people of equal stature to her, and is oath-bound to never hurt one or their infrastructure. And for all that, she's an apex predator and carnivore. She just would never eat a person under ANY circumstances.
Believe you me, meeting the Rel'Kesthz would rock her world, even if they aren't the Benefactors. She'd think they are both very cute, and very worthy of respect and admiration.

OMG, that would absolutely fascinate her. She's half-whale, half-otter. Talk about a creature consumed by curiosity! And her people... HAVE no infrastructure to speak of. They're creatures of the vast oceans. As sophont races go, they are very young... and know they have a lot of learn. That's one secret of their Benefactors: They gave them a quest so they'd learn and grow!
