Now I can say that 2023 was the year of the firsts for my OC. I received the first Dash fan art in February; then, in May, I received the first traditional drawing of her since I had put my original concept art on paper back in 2015. So it was only a matter of time before I could cross a raffle prize off my bucket list. Yep, the drawing you see here is actually a raffle prize I got from chedx. Don't believe me? Here's the proof.
To be honest, 2023 wasn't kind to me, so a little bit of luck was much needed. Also, I'm always happy to see my 'girl' realized in different styles. Chedx has a unique style and I'm honored that he created his version of Dash. Granted, completing the drawing took longer than expected; I won his 1,000 DeviantArt watchers raffle on August 17 and received the final version on November 28 via Discord. However, with a raffle prize, I don't care how long it takes - as long as the result is the way I imagined it. I can confirm that my patience definitely paid off.
