When my old high school buddies and I went to the movies one Monday this month, furries were brought up (and not by me, surprisingly). One was commenting on how she hated furries because it too close to beastiality and it just wasn't right. And another one was right next to her, agreeing for the most part. The second one claimed to hate the sexual stuff because it was too close to beastiality, but was fine with the clean stuff.

This struck a nerve with me, not only because they were jumping the gun quite a bit here, but also becuase back in high school each and every one of them had a damn fursona. And I drew them as furries aaaalllll the daaamnnnn tiiiiime!!! Did I ever catch one negative thing about it? No.

So after 3 years their opinions have changed quite a bit on this topic.... and to my knowledge without fair reason. Each and everyone of them knows that you can like furry art and be a furry without being into beastiality and all the "weird, gross stuff" that you can catch in the fandom.

It just pissed me off.

One of the group used to be an orange cat but changed her furry to a snow leopard. She's kept up with a furry type sona for ever since we started them back in highschool. So I wanted to draw her out as a full fledged furry and see how it looked.
So tell me, is this so wrong?
