My as of yet unnamed harpy character, of a species native to the same world as my mockeries but from a flock that has been taken away to the Vivarium and isolated for generations.

This guy was a prince given the gift of prophecy, but pissed off his queen in giving a horrible omen. Left mutilated and exiled, he eventually ended up in debt to a raider gang in the wastelands where he hides his identity and bides his time waiting to get out of this unfortunate debt.
